Felix Kipatarus Koskei (born 1964) is a Kenyan who was nominated by President Uhuru Kenyatta as Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries on 25 April 2013.[1] He is currently the Head of Public Service in President William Ruto's State House

Prof. Letting’ is the Secretary/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examination Board (kasneb) and the immediate past Vice – Chancellor / Chief Executive Officer of the Management University of Africa (MUA). He represents the Examinations Board at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) Council. He is a convener of the Research and Development Committee and the Nomination Committee of ICPAK. He is a Fellow of ICPAK, ICS and KIM. He is a member in good standing of ICIFA, the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and the Institute of Directors (IoD). He is an accomplished corporate transformative leader with over 24 years of work experience, a respected academic and industry captain and performance management excellence enthusiast. He is a careers mentor and coach, examination management expert, committed professional, facilitator in conferences, corporate governance trainer accredited by IFC, an astute administrator and investments and financial analyst. He is well trained in strategic leadership and a thought leader. Prof. Letting’ worked with the British American Tobacco (BAT) Kenya, the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and MUA in senior positions before joining Kasneb. He has taught in high school and universities, has published widely and supervised several doctoral (PhD) and masters’ students in their theses’ projects. He is an external examiner in leading universities in East Africa. He has attended several global seminars and conferences in four continents. Prof. Letting’ has been an active contributor of ideas in the education and training sector at the university and technical training institutions sub-sectors and occasionally presents emerging issues on academic and corporate governance on TV. He currently serves as a Council Member of the Institute, the Institute of Certified Investments and Financial Analysts (ICIFA), the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS), Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (PSASB) and currently the Honorary Treasurer for the Association of Professional Societies of East Africa (APSEA). Prof. Letting’ holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration (Strategic Management), MBA and BCom degrees from the University of Nairobi. In addition, he holds Final Certificates from kasneb in the following professional qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Public Secretary (CPS) and Certified Investments and Financial Analyst (CIFA) He was awarded Elder of the Order of the Burning Spear (EBS) in 2020 and Head of State of Commendation (HSC) in 2012 for his contribution in the education sector and to the development of the country in Kenya. He has previously been a Council Member and Chairman of ICPSK, member of Council of Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) and member of the Board of the National Commission for Science Technology and Innovations. (NACOSTI).

Dr. Nancy N. Muriuki

Dr Nancy N. Muriuki, Ph.D was appointed the Chairman of the Board effective from 1 September 2018. She is a nominee of the Board of kasneb in accordance with Section 15(1)(h) of the Accountants Act, No. 15 of 2008. She is a holder of PhD in Organizational Leadership, Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce (BA) degree. She is also a holder of the Certified Secretaries (CS) qualification and Diploma in Management. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM-K) and the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS). Dr Muriuki has vast experience in organisational leadership and governance, human resource management, Board and Institutional strengthening spanning diverse sectors and across cultures. She is the Founder and currently the Managing Director, Africa Success Enhancement Lab.

Prof. Vincent O. Onywera, Ph.D

Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, Innovation and Outreach at KCA University

Professor Vincent O. Onywera is the Pioneer Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, Innovation and Outreach at KCA University, Kenya. He is a Professor of Exercise and Sports Science with over twenty-two (22) years of teaching and research experience, twelve (12) of which he has served at senior level in University Management. He holds a PhD (Exercise and Sports Science) where his research focus was on the role of genetics, nutrition and sociocultural factors in explaining the phenomenon performance of Kenyan middle and distance runners, M.Ed in Physical and Health Education and a Bachelor of Education (First Class Honors) in Physical and Health Education from Kenyatta University. He is a Physical Activity and Active Transport Researcher with extensive national and international research networks. Vincent has worked as the Director of the Center for International Programmes and Collaboration at Kenyatta University. He has served as the pioneer Registrar in-charge of Research, Innovation and Outreach at Kenyatta University for more than 8 years. He is a former Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, Innovation and Outreach at Kenyatta University. Prof.Onywera was instrumental in the establishment of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Academy at Kenyatta University as well as the establishment of the blueprint for a Kenyatta University Sports Complex complete with a stadium and recreation centre. Vincent has published over 165 publications comprising 120 articles in refereed journals, 3 book chapters, 4 conference proceedings, and 35 conference abstracts. He has competitively secured over Ksh. 150,000,000 (Ksh.150 million) worth of research and development grants from various international funding agencies. As Director for the Centre for International Programmes and Collaboration, he was successful in fundraising over 3,999,125 Euros (Approximately Ksh. 519,886,250) jointly with other collaborating institutions through the European Union Intra-ACP academic mobility scheme. Vincent is involved in a number of national, regional and international academic endevours aimed at capacity building, surveillance and research focusing on healthy active living in the greater Eastern Africa and Great Lakes Region (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi and Southern Sudan) and beyond.

Auditor-General, Kenya

Ms Gathungu is the Auditor-General of the Republic of Kenya.She was appointed to the position on July 17, 2020. A holder of a Masters of Business Administration (Strategic Management) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Ms Gathungu is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (FCPA-K) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). She is also a Member of Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK). She has vast experience in Public Sector auditing, Strategic Management and capacity building for Supreme Audit Institutions.

Dr. Margaret Nyakang'o was appointed Controller of Budget in the Republic of Kenya on December 4, 2019, among other responsibilities, to oversee and report on the implementation of the National and County Governments' budgets to the National Assembly, Senate, County Assemblies, and the Executive on a quarterly basis. She obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. Her doctoral research thesis focused on strategic workforce planning in the Kenyan public service. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Nairobi. Dr. Nyakang'o is a Certified Public Accountant and a practising member of Kenya's Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dr. Caesar Mwangi

Dr. Caesar Mwangi is the Executive Dean of the Strathmore University Business School. Prior to his appointment as Executive Dean, he was the Group CEO of ICEA LION Insurance Holdings Ltd. He has also been an Adjunct Faculty Member at SBS since the start of the inaugural MBA program in 2006. He has a PhD in Organizational Performance and Change Management from the University of Johannesburg, an MBA in Strategy and Corporate Finance from Wits Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Nairobi University. He also possesses several professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA (K)), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Executive Leadership Coach from Coach Development Institute (CDI Africa). He is a trained facilitator for the utilization of organizational culture.
